Tucker Carlson Reveals Elon Musk’s Next Move Against The Elites

Tucker Carlson, a Fox News host, and Daily Caller co-host declared this week that Elon Musk’s prospective acquisition of Twitter would be a “straight shot” to the lefty elite.

Elon Musk’s role as Twitter’s largest shareholder since acquiring a 9.2% stake on April 4 provides him the opportunity to restore free discussion on the platform, according to Carlson.

“It’s worth noting that if it does happen, we could see free speech restored to the United States, and nothing should give you greater optimism than that possibility,” Carlson said. “A free Twitter would be a welcome return of open debate on issues in the world’s most influential incubator for elite opinion. It would also imply a return to democracy in the United States, where both sides are permitted to present their case to the public before making a decision. It is called democracy when both sides may make their case to the general public and then let them decide.”

“And, more importantly, a free Twitter would represent an overt challenge to our country’s officials, who are often incompetent.”

Mr. Carlson explained that having honest, open talks about government officials is crucial for democracy to function, but powerful people are now employing tech giants like Facebook and Twitter to stifle criticism in order to safeguard their power.

“The purpose of censorship is never to protect the weak, no matter what Barack Obama may tell you,” he continued. “Censorship exists to protect entrenched power all over the world, and that’s why it’s the powerful who impose it for their own benefit. And that’s precisely why authoritarian regimes fight so hard to maintain information restriction through censorship; they’re preoccupied with this. That is their first and most important aim.”

Co-founder of The Daily Caller played a clip of MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle describing the prospect of Trump returning to Twitter as a “nightmare-inducing note.”

“It would be a disaster, she explains, if a democratically elected president were permitted to speak in public. In some respects, however, she is correct. The Democratic Party might collapse as a result of breaking its monopoly on speech. Even an MSNBC anchor understands that’s the case. Why are they so adamant about keeping you quiet? Because they understand that your talking poses the greatest threat to their authority.”

The professor also stated that the Democratic Party and social media platforms have more power than individuals, which may influence election outcomes. He also mentioned that the issue had been neglected by Congress despite the fact that it is a problem.

In March, Twitter censored Carlson after he published screenshots of tweets from the Babylon Bee and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. The Babylon Bee had labeled Assistant Secretary of Health Rachel Levine, a biological male, as “The Babylon Bee’s Man of the Year,” prompting the pair to be suspended from the platform.
