The Hunters Become the Hunted — DOJ Just Dropped Hundreds of Subpoenas on the Russia Hoax Crew

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche just went on Fox News and confirmed what we've been waiting a decade to hear — the Department of Justice has issued hundreds of subpoenas and is interviewing hundreds of witnesses in a criminal investigation into the Russia collusion hoax. The people who spent years trying to frame Donald Trump are now the ones lawyering up.

You love to see it.

Blanche appeared on Maria Bartiromo's Sunday Morning Futures and didn't mince words. "We're finding out some incredibly troubling things, and at some point at the right time, that will be made public," he told Bartiromo. That's the acting AG of the United States telling the country, on camera, that the people behind the biggest political scandal in modern history are about to have a very bad year.

When Bartiromo pressed him — "When is the time right? When should we expect these charges of conspiracy?" — Blanche laid out the scope. "The Southern District of Florida has an open criminal investigation. That involves hundreds of subpoenas," he said. Hundreds. Not a handful. Not a couple of polite letters. Hundreds of subpoenas backed by the full weight of the DOJ.

For those of us who watched the Russia hoax unfold in real time starting in 2016 — the leaked dossiers, the FISA abuses, the breathless CNN panels, the "walls are closing in" countdown that never actually closed in on anyone except innocent people — this is the moment. We told you so. We told you the whole thing was fabricated. We told you they spied on a presidential campaign. And now the Department of Justice agrees with us.

But Blanche wasn't finished. He also confirmed that the DOJ has multiple investigations running simultaneously — not just in Florida, but in Arizona and in Fulton County, Georgia. That's right, the same Fulton County that tried to turn a phone call into a RICO case against Trump is now on the receiving end of federal scrutiny.

The irony is so thick you could spread it on toast.

"There's a ton of evidence that the election was rigged," Blanche said plainly, referencing the 2020 election. A sitting acting AG just said that on national television. No hedging. No "alleged." A ton of evidence.

Remember James Comey? The tall guy who couldn't remember anything under oath but remembered everything when it was time to write a book deal? He's already been served a subpoena in this crackdown, according to RedState's reporting. Couldn't have happened to a nicer "faithful career public servant."

This is what ten years of patience looks like. The people who weaponized the FBI, who manufactured evidence, who turned the intelligence community into a political hit squad against a duly elected president — they're not smirking on cable news anymore. They're calling their attorneys.

Hundreds of subpoenas isn't a warning shot. It's a barrage. And the Southern District of Florida doesn't mess around.

We waited. We voted. We put the right people in charge. And now the machinery of justice is finally pointed in the right direction. Every single person who had a hand in the Russia hoax should be checking their mailbox.

Because the hunters just became the hunted. And this time, there's no friendly AG to make it all go away.
