Kayleigh McEnany Makes a Triumphant Return

Fox News has announced that Kayleigh McEnany, President Donald Trump’s former press secretary, has joined their network as an on-air contributor. The news was revealed during her first interview since leaving DC on the Fox show “The Faulkner Focus.”

Host Harris Faulkner asked McEnany what she thought about the events of January 6.

“You know, I believe everyone was expecting a peaceful event. We have had hundreds of peaceful rallies. We thought that day would be the same,” McEnany said.

McEnany then said she does not believe Trump is responsible for the events.

“And I believe Senator Tim Scott put it best when he said those people who have responsibility are those who committed these actions which we all condemn,” McEnany said. “The Left claims Trump is responsible or that he incited it, what I would say — well, these people, you know, if they were inspired by what Trump was saying, they left his speech early, because they were at the Capitol before his speech, and they ignored what he said. He said, go peacefully.”

McEnany was praised for her performance in dealing with the press, bringing a well-organized binder that had answers to all possible questions. And she was not afraid to call out media bias during her briefings.
