Biden spent his 2020 campaign attacking the Republican Party. He was brutal against Trump and his legions of supporters. Yet, he promised he’d be a “president” to both Republicans and Democrats. After the election, he vowed for unity and that he’d work with both parties.
Not once has he made good on that claim. In fact, Biden’s presidency has been marked by vicious division, coming from the man himself. He pitted Democrats against Republicans, vaccinated against the unvaccinated, citizens against aliens.
He has blamed Republicans for his administration’s many failures. But now, he claims, he is “done” trying to work with Republicans.
And experts are asking, when did he ever try?
A recent Politico piece reported that President Joe Biden is “finally” rethinking efforts to reach across the aisle and work with Republican lawmakers because of their “obstructionism.” […]
Critics on Twitter jumped on Lemire’s tweet and article, wondering when Biden had ever put any effort into being bipartisan…
Vice President of Communications at Axiom Strategies Matt Wolking wrote, “5 months ago, Biden was so bipartisan that he said if you opposed his totally partisan bill to takeover elections nationwide you were racist like George Wallace and Bull Connor and siding with the Confederacy. But now he will go on the attack and that’s ‘changing course’?” […]

I and other conservative news writers have been covering this “president” since January 2021. And we can tell you, quite confidently, Biden made no attempts at trying to work with Republicans. For anyone to claim otherwise is an outright lie.
On many occasions, Biden made it clear that, as far as Congress was concerned, it was his way or the highway. He demanded lawmakers back radical legislation that was unthinkable just ten years ago. He frequently attacked Republicans for being “racist,” claiming an election integrity law out of Georgia (which expanded voting access) to be “Jim Crow 2.0.”
Biden has made his mark as being a far-left supporter, alienating moderates within his own party. His only “accomplishment” is in being more hostile and divisive than most presidents we’ve seen. Even Obama and Trump managed to negotiate with their rivals. But Biden? He is turning off longtime Democrat voters with his obedience to the progressives.
Just as recently as last week he called Trump-supporting Republicans “extremists.” His entire agenda is built around appeasing socialists and globalists. He and his office has ignored requests from Republicans in Arizona and Texas over border concerns.
But now he’s no longer going to cooperate? Give me a break. This man never tried to get along with Republicans. He was nothing more than a DNC puppet, doing whatever his handlers told him to do.
