Fauci Unleashes Ruthless Attack On Republicans – Ted Cruz Makes Him Regret It

Does anyone in America still respect the opinion of Anthony Fauci? It seems very early on, people started to doubt the “expert’s” doom-and-gloom approach to handling the pandemic. Even when facing the worst kind of crisis, you still need to have some shred of optimism, right? Yet Fauci only seemed good at throwing fuel on the media’s hysteria.

Quicky, people began to get tired of Fauci’s wild predictions, which never came true. His extreme measures to “slow the spread” forced people into bankruptcy and unemployment–which he simply called “inconvenient.” But when word began to come out that Fauci had lied–and could be partly to blame for the pandemic–American turned on him.

Perhaps that’s why he’s now trying to use politics to save his bacon. He recently accused Republicans of using him as a “scapegoat” to protect Donald Trump. Now, Ted Cruz is fighting back.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) responded to an attack from Dr. Anthony Fauci… by doubling down on his call for the Department of Justice to investigate Fauci for alleged false statements that he made while testifying to Congress…

Cruz listed a series of facts that suggest Fauci lied under oath to Congress and should be investigated. First, he revealed that on May 11, Fauci told the Senate that the NIH has “not ever” funded Wuhan’s “gain-of-function” research. But on October 20, the NIH wrote they did in fact fund an experiment at Wuhan that constituted gain of function.

The senator asserted that both Fauci’s statement and the NIH letter cannot both be true. This suggests Fauci lied to Congress to cover up the NIH and his own possible involvement in the pandemic. Cruz has challenged the DOJ to investigate Fauci’s actions. He also pointed out that lying to Congress is a felony, and can be punished by up to five years in prison.

Cruz is demanding Fauci to address “in detail” the conflict in his previous statements and what they’ve learned from the NIH. Fauci has frequently spoken before Congress, but rarely has he provided anything beyond his opinion, grandstanding, and fearmongering predictions.

If Fauci is unwillingly to address this issue before Congress, Cruz believes the DOJ should get involved. The senator and other can send a letter to the Justice Department, calling for an investigation.

Fauci has experienced increasing rejection by the scientific community. Other medical professionals and researchers have called him out over his actions. It appears that, outside the Democratic Party, few people are left in America that want to hear from the man.

But will he ever come clean about what the NIH did in Wuhan? Will we ever find out if American tax dollars helped fund the pandemic that has harmed the world?

Not without an investigation.
