It’s true that most of our mainstream media props up the Democrat Party. That’s not going to change anytime soon. But thanks to Biden’s massive failures, and the party’s continued inability to address real problems, the MSM is starting to turn on them.
Recently, Don Lemon challenged White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about Biden’s fitness for 2024. In the past, he would have never even broached the subject. Jean-Pierre appeared taken aback and even criticized Lemon for even asking if a man suffering from mental decline should run for re-election.
But Lemon is not apologizing.
CNN host Don Lemon is defending his recent line of questions to White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre about the President Bidens ability to continue leading – as the 79-year-old commander in chief deals with a series of second-year challenges including record-high inflation…
Lemon said that it was his job to ask such questions and Jean-Pierre’s to answer them on behalf of the administration.
People should understand the “health, history, both physically and mentally” of the president of the U.S., said Lemon.
He also said the news media “certainly” questioned former President Trump’s physical and mental fitness during his term.
The CNN host also argued that many people have said Biden “has trouble sometimes connecting and his answers sometimes don’t make sense.” [Source: Just the News]
Wow, look at that! Some on CNN actually doing their job. Lemon defended his questioning of Biden’s health. He reminded the White House that it was his job to ask those kinds of questions. And it was Jean-Pierre’s job to answer, which of course, she didn’t.
Lemon pointed out that Americans need to know about the health of the president. And the media certainly called out and questioned Trump’s health. So, why can’t CNN or anyone else ask about Biden’s health—especially when he shows many signs of decline?
But we know the answer to that. Democrats in office don’t expect to be questioned or challenged by the mainstream media. They’ve gotten used to the media protecting and propping them up for so many years, the idea of someone on CNN or anywhere else to actually challenge them is unthinkable.
That’s why Jean-Pierre reacted the way that she did. She almost was lecturing Lemon, saying that he had no right to ask a question that might actually prob the inner failings of the administration.
How pathetic. When Trump was president, they questioned everything. Even the food he ate. Yet, hands off for Biden! Nobody question Biden! Despite the fact he has a 33% approval rating and constantly looks senile!
When will the rest of the MSM wake up and stop protecting these clowns?
