A man named John Sullivan — a supporter of BLM, Antifa, and the top person in the Insurgence USA organization — has been captured, arrested and indicted in the state of Utah.
ARRESTED: John Earle Sullivan of UT, leader of Insurgence USA, through which he organizes protests.
Prosecutors says he was the Capitol riot leading a chant: “it’s time for a revolution.” Video shows him say: “we about to burn this shit down…we got to rip Trump out of office” pic.twitter.com/4KWuDU1BEP— David Begnaud (@DavidBegnaud) January 14, 2021
His jailing came after he was seen on footage encouraging and causing violence on Capitol Hill and his admission that he pretended to be a Trump supporter during the January 6 demonstration.
“I’ll have a Trump hat on, I’ll wear a MAGA hat,” Sullivan stated. “I got another one today, I was wearing the last one at the last rally during broad daylight.”

Resurfaced footage — taken by Sullivan himself — reveal he was a leader in the violence at the U.S. Capitol. The anti-white activist even destroyed a window during the event and says it’s not the first time he’s pretended to be someone else.

“Oh hey I was just ‘a journalist,’” Sullivan said in a recording of himself. “But I say that ever time: ‘I’m only a journalist, I’m here getting the story, I have my camera on my shoulder.’”

And on Thursday, Sullivan was captured in Provo, Utah. He is facing a few charges including ‘violent entry’, ‘disorderly conduct’ and ‘civil disorder.’ He was also arrested back in July for ‘criminal mischief’ and ‘rioting’ based on his actions during the June protest, during which a person was shot.

That case is still ongoing.
