President Biden’s White House is flying illegals, previously deported during former President Donald Trump’s time in office, back to the U.S.
This week, NPR reported that two deported illegals, Jean Montrevil of Haiti and Claudio Rojas of Argentina, have since been brought back to the United States after they said that the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency got revenge on them for their advocacy of open borders.
Before his deportation in 2019, Rojas had was an illegal alien for around 19 years while Montrevil was also deported in 2018 after over a decade in the United States.
Attorneys for the illegals are now demanding that both be awarded amnesty as reparations for having been deported from the country by the Trump White House.
NPR says:
“Claudio Rojas was deported in 2019 to Argentina at around the same time that a movie about his activism for illegals was showing in theaters. Rojas understood it would be an uphill battle to get back.”
“Jean Montrevil was an immigrant rights advocate in NY. He was also deported, in 2018 to Haiti. Montrevil was also allowed back into the United States under the Biden White House. He landed at JFK Airport in NY in October.”
“ICE has denied getting revenge against Rojas and Montrevil and would not respond to our requests for comment about their return to the country. Under new rules from the Dept. of Homeland Security, immigration officials have been ordered explicitly not to take action toward activists for using their freedom of speech right. Here is what DHS Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas said about the guidance when it was first unveiled in September.”
Indeed, Joe Biden’s Dept. of Homeland Security is guaranteeing that illegals such as Rojas and Montrevil won’t be deported from the United States.
DHS Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas, in Oct., issued guidelines that restrict ICE agents from arresting illegals so long as they are in “protected areas.” Those protected places include protests, rehab locations, homeless shelters, parks, schools, places of worship, rallies, hospitals and parades.
In comparison, American citizens are arrested for crimes in any place.
