It’s been almost a full year since Joe Biden stumbled his way into the White House. And how is America looking? Uh… not great, not great at all. Joe and his cabal of crooked Democrats have turned the United States into a laughing stock. They sit back and do nothing as we are rocked by endless crises, most of which they started themselves.
Very few Americans are still sticking up for Biden and his party. The approval polls show he is sinking fast. The last had him at 36% approval, with a disapproving nearing 60%. The rest of his party don’t do much better, as they view a 2022 midterm landscape that is anything but cheery. So, we shouldn’t be surprised that a new Harvard poll shows just who America would rather see running the show.
A new Harvard CAPS-Harris Poll reaffirmed an ongoing trend that former President Donald Trump is increasingly more popular than his successor, President Joe Biden.
Released exclusively to The Hill, the poll showed that 48 percent of likely voters would back President Trump in a 2024 matchup versus 45 percent for Joe Biden…
When it comes to the 2024 primaries, the former president holds a commanding lead over his potential challengers and would be the likely nominee, with a whopping 67 percent of Republicans saying they would back him versus just nine percent for former Vice President Mike Pence and eight percent for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. [Source: Breitbart]
Biden’s performance is so bad, that people who had previously rejected Donald Trump now want him back. Does this surprise us? Those foolish voters who actually thought Biden (a man who hid in his basement for months and insulted black people) could do a better job are now seeing just how wrong they were. Biden is a failure on nearly every issue he addresses. And worse, he continues to push bad policies, even as they crash and burn.
But for Americans to want to go back to Donald Trump is telling. These are the same people who criticized 45 over his brash attitude, bold personality, and “mean tweets.” Yet, when the economy is failing, our border is overrun, terrorists are on the rise, and crime is out of control—who do they look to? Not the limp-wristed cowards on the left, but a man who had a proven record of putting Americans first.
When Trump was president, America was thriving. Jobs were coming back to the country. Expenses, cost of living, and even taxes were low. Terrorists were being beaten back all over the world. And even during the pandemic, we were recovering at a record pace (compared to most countries). Biden was able to reverse or halt that in less than a year, thanks to socialist policies he got from Bernie Sanders.
On the Republican front, Trump has a very good shot at running again. He is far and away the most popular candidate right now. Nobody has announced a run yet, but if anyone does they will have to contend with 45. Although he hasn’t announced a comeback himself, he is in a very good position.
